The inaugural ceremony was presided over by the college Chairman, Honourable Sj. Narendra Kumar Hota Sir. The event was jointly inaugurated by Guru Bhagabat Pradhan (Bhagabatia) (Researcher, Classical Sabdanrutya Guru, and disciple of Guru Bhagaban Sahu) and Dadhibana Satapathy (President, Guru Bhagaban Sahu State Level Memorial Committee).
