Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship. For promoting the healthcare facilities in rural area especially needy and poor students, he established a Pharmacy College in Barpali on the name of “The Pharmaceutical College, Barpali” under the society Act in 1986. Without any donation from Govt sector, he and his managing committee members uplift the pharmacy college with own resource materials and dedicated to the society with moral spirit to imparting quality pharmacy education and forging the youth in to formidable force to carter the need of the nation “Health for All” over a period of three decades. From his last breath, he always inspires and caring to all for saying “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, Sarve Santu Nir-Aamayaah, Sarve Bhadraanni Pashyantu, Maa Kadhchit Duhkhabhahg Bhavet”.

He was a very well-known to a common people as brave, discernment, efficient daring and the charioteer of progress. He played a significant role in his political career starting from Barpali Block Chairman to MLA of Bijepur Assembly. On his political road he has taken a lot hurdles and struggles for establishment of huge numbers of Industries and mine in Bargarh District including Sugar Factory, Cold Storage etc. He always raised against corruption and privatisation that grab to the poor people. He was Entrepreneur and motivator and always stay in simple living style with calm and quite way.
